In a year where urban music has dominated the national charts, get ready for something new, fresh and exciting as sassy rapper MiMi Storm emerges with the one warning: Don’t expect a quiet storm!!

Known for her bass-centric fusion of Dubstep, Drum & Bass and Hip-Hop, MiMi Storm now strikes with this new seven-track EP “MiMi In Wonderland”. From her debut mixtape release “Storm After The Rain” and single “P.M.F.T” taken from the MiMi In Wonderland EP, MiMi Storm has put in the necessary work to take her sound from Grime to an awesome niche she calls “ Futuristic Wave”. “It’s music you can zone to by connecting to an emotion”.

July 1st 2013, MiMi Storm will drop her MiMi In Wonderland EP. This was recorded in ‘The Bakery’ studio with widely known Dubstep producer and long-time collaborator Nutty P who described MiMi Storm “like Marmite, people will either love her or hate her”.

Influenced by everything from Hip Hop to Deep House MiMi Storm is truly eclectic. MiMi promises to showcase an edgier, more charismatic persona. She’s swapped her aggression for a more subtle snideness. MiMi In Wonderland, with its infectious airy beats, catchy hooks and passionate lyrics inspired by life and her London roots give MiMi Storm a sound that is distinctly British. The MiMi In Wonderland EP is a musical fusion in which boundaries cease to exist, where lyrics are concept driven, thought provoking, honest and sassy.

3) MiMi Storm is currently embarking on a London-wide promotional tour and ‘Bad Girl’ will be released as the lead single taken from the ‘MiMi In Wonderland’ EP July 1st 2013.
